Brigham Circle

Brigham Circle is state-aided public housing for applicants 60 years of age or older or non-elderly disabled persons under 60. Located in Hudson, Massachusetts it is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores and retail shops yet quietly secluded in its own private cul-de-sac. The community building is often the spot for a friendly game of cards or bingo. All utilities are included in all twelve two-story apartment buildings. Residents only pay for their cable and phone service.

Rent is set at 30% of household income and all utilities (except telephone and cable) are included in the rent, which is based on household income. Veterans and persons currently living or working in Hudson will receive a resident preference when applying.

Norma Oliver Village

Norma Oliver Village is federal-aided public housing for applicants 62 years of age or older or non-elderly disabled persons under 62. Located at 4 Glen Road, Hudson, Massachusetts, Norma Oliver Village is situated on a 10 acre rolling wooded tract of land. Ninety-two one-bedroom units are located in six buildings with a centrally located and landscaped community building.

Each unit features a modern bathroom and kitchen, including an electric stove and refrigerator. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bill. All other utilities are included. Ample parking is provided for all buildings.
